1. How do I claim a prize with the
points I earned?
First go to the Prize vault either by clicking on the “Prizes“
link in the top menu or by choosing the “claim a prize“ link in
the “My Account“ section. In the vault you will see a list of prizes
and the points required to claim them. Simply select the prize you wish to receive
and follow the step-by-step instructions for your mailing information and we
will ship the prize right to your house.

2. Do I have to pay for the
prizes I claim?
No, there is no cost to being a member or to receive the prizes
you claim. Chapman’s will ship the prizes to your address at no cost to
you.

3. I’m not getting points
for the games / activities that I play?
If you are not getting points for playing a game, it is possible
you have reached the maximum level of points for the day, (Refer
to the how points work section). If you have not reached the maximum points
for that day, but have still not been awarded points, please contact
us and we will investigate further.

4. I haven’t received
the prize I claimed and it has been more than 6 weeks?
If you have waited the 6 weeks without receiving your prize,
please contact us and we will investigate
for you.

5. How do I change my account
information?
To change your account information choose the “my account“
section in the top menu bar. Follow the steps to change your email address,
password or city to help keep your account information up to date.

Chapman’s products and company information?
To learn more about our products and information visit: www.chapmans.ca.

7. Will Chapman’s share
any of the information that I enter on the website?
Chapman’s does not release any of the information you give
about yourself to have an account. We do not link to other sites and information is not
released to other Kids Club members without consent from the account holder.
We make every effort to keep our site safe and fun. Please see our privacy
policy for more details.

8. Can I transfer my points?
If you need to transfer your points from an old account to
a new one you will need to contact us with your account information and password,
and we will make an adjustment for you. You will not be able to transfer points
from one member account to another (for example: from a brother to a sister).
Kids Club points are not transferable from one member to another.
